Andy Council Signing
Bristol Green Doors weekend
On September 11th and 12th over 50 people will open their homes showcasing no-cost to high-cost measures that reduce domestic energy consumption and promote low-carbon living. Visitors will see and discuss the retrofitting work with the householders and learn from their experiences. Clusters of homes in neighbourhoods will be centred around hubs such community centres or libraries. Bristol Green Doors is a registered English Heritage Open Day event.
The weekend will work with clusters of homes in neighbourhoods centred around hubs such community centres, cafes, churches or libraries. The homes will feature information about the project, the work done on the local homes and provide maps for each neighbourhood to be taken away.
The homes will be open between 10.00 and 13.00 and 14.30 and 17.30 on Saturday and Sunday. All homes will be open for a minimum of two sessions over the weekend.
To help publicise the event Niche Frames are printing a signed limited edition Andy Council print to be sold in association with Bristol Green Doors.
Andy Council will be in store on Saturday the 21st of August, at 2.00pm, to sign the limited edition print.
